It is a full day trip wildlife safari that will take you to visit and explore one of the biggest game reserves in Africa. The Selous game reserve covering 50,000 square kilometers, is amongst the largest protected areas in Africa and relatively undisturbed by human impact. the property harbors one of the most significant concentrations of elephants, black rhinoceros, cheetah, giraffe, hippopotamus and crocodile, amongst many other species. The reserve also has an exceptionally high variety of habitats including grasslands, riverine forest open grassland, and swamps, making it a valuable laboratory for ongoing ecological and biological processes.

 

 

TARANGIRE Day Trip Safari

This is one of Africans little-known gems and should be on the itinerary of all lovers of wilderness and solitude. Ranking as the 6th largest national park in Tanzania and covering an area of 2,600 square kilometers, The Tarangire National Park is most popular for its large elephant’s herds and mini-wildlife migration that takes place during the dry season which sees about 250,000 animals enter the park. We enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park and continuing with game drive before we make our way back to airport.
