Prison Island Tour

Prison island also known as Changuu Island, is a tropical paradise which contains an abundance of wildlife and great scenery, is just off the coast of Stone Town, Zanzibar. The boat ride from stone town takes 20-30 minutes. Prison Island was transformed into a quarantine island serving all of the British territories. on one side of Prison Island is refugee for Giant tortoise, originally a gift from Seychelles the species is now considered vulnerable. walking across the Island leads to the former Prisons ruins.
